The M-5000TS is a Thermostatically Controlled Bronze Mixing Unit that lets you combine steam and cold water to produce hot water efficiently without the safety concerns normally associated with steam use. The unit is equipped with several important safety features allowing for a maximum water temperature of 200°F; it automatically compensates for water pressure fluctuations to maintain the desired water temperature, and the thermostatically designed safety shut-off prevents the unit from overheating.

The M-5144TG HE is a high efficiency steam and cold water mixing station modeled after the standard M-5000 TG mixing station. This is a low pressure system ideal for industrial wash down where varying water pressures throughout a plant exist and a greater range of adjustable pressure is desired or where the use of a low flow nozzle is the preferred choice.

The M-144TG Bronze Safety Mixing Unit, which was recently redesigned with the latest innovations, will blend steam and cold water in any desired proportion. It is user-adjustable with a factory-set maximum temperature and features a safety shut-off which prevents the passing of live steam. This unit includes several important features like single lever On/Off operation, an adjustable temperature limit stop, and a thermostat that senses and compensates for temperature or pressure fluctuations, all for maximum safety and efficiency.

Our DUO-MOD multi-functional pedestal stand can hold any two Strahman mixing stations, which adds convenience and speed to the cleaning process. Expanding metal anchors are supplied with the unit for easy and secure installation on any conventional masonry wall (brick, tile, cement or cinder block). Made entirely from stainless steel. Two options are available: HR-100 (HR100MK) holds 25-50 ft of hose; HR-100L (HR100MK60) holds up to 100 ft of hose.

Our Basix Hose Rack is basic in design but engineered with a patent pending welded one-piece construction that is strong enough to easily ­support 200 lbs. The Hydro-Pro 150® spray nozzle is constructed with a stainless steel housing for strength and durability, yet this solid, water saver nozzle weighs less than 2 lbs. and is ergonomically designed to reduce user fatigue. In addition to being extremely lightweight, the HP-150 features a patented locking trigger mechanism that allows users to lock in a desired spray pattern without having to maintain pressure on the trigger. It also reduces misdirected spraying.
